Well, Now it's FREE on USTREAM. Broadcasting a special events or something interesting to share/tell, experience live and chat online with a global audience watching you live. All for free and all it takes is a few minuts applying an account and setting up your channel. The equipement recommended or requested to stream live is a Webcam/Microphone and of course an internet connection.
You are also able to stream live from your Mobile too, directly on USTREAM, that's something you put some cash for, but on USTREAM it's still in your fingertips for "FREE" on USTREAM MOBILE.
