Actually as my knowledge there is no specific or straight way to back up your Gadgets, but at least you are able to save the HTML/Javascript in a notepade or any other text editor in your OS.
As for the other Gadgets as Adsense - Logo - Profile - Feed - Blog Acchives, they could be restored easily, just by clicking on page element and add Gadget and there they should be .
