Now it's easy to create an icon with the feature help of FavIcon from Pics. Simply Browse and select a picture from you computer as a logo or other graphic (the size or resolution, doesn't matter) cause the FavIcon program will re-size it to fit the format of an icon, It's about 22 x 22 px , and then click "Generate FavIcon.ico".
